Coffee and sweets – especially baked goods, which he also enjoys baking himself, the forest, physical activity, fresh air, music (from Berghain techno to Hildegard Knef), performing arts – singing and acting.

Lukas has spent the past few years as a self-employed visual artist. Working with materials and space, creating atmospheres, and abstract thinking have been essential.
Over ten years of part-time work in sales at Sonnentor involved teamwork and continuous engagement with herbs and their creative processing.
For several years, he has been involved in the field of mindfulness and inner processes and has been undergoing training in “integrative mindfulness” in Vorarlberg for two years.
Gerold was employed as a pharmacist for over fifteen years. Last year, he completed training to become a fasting and health coach.
Alongside his pharmacy career, Gerold always nurtured his creative side – as an actor on stage or as a singer in a choir.
